Energy Signals
Methodology

What “verified” means

Energy Signals separates transaction facts, participant roles and investor-specific amounts. Public records are built only from evidence-backed participation in verified transactions.

Verified transaction

A transaction appears in the product only when an acceptable direct source supports the published record.

Verified participant role

Investors and lenders appear only when the cited source text supports their role in the specific transaction.

Deal size

A disclosed deal value describes the transaction. It is not automatically assigned to every participant in that transaction.

Explicit commitment

An amount is shown as investor-specific only when the source separately supports that participant's commitment.

Public evidence

Product pages show the verified source and the type of supporting evidence. Public pages link back to the source without republishing the extracted text.

Investor-level metrics

Deal values are not aggregated into investor-level performance metrics. The product publishes verified participation and explicit commitments where separately proven.
